Mommy, I want to ride that!
Reina's first time on Carousel. She went ahead and chose the tallest horse...or white tiger? Fearless.
Pismo Beach
One of the most memorable experience of the roadtrip. It was beautiful and sureal with so much fog covering the entire ocean. The kids also loved driving across the beach in our SUV and seeing big wheels trucks passing us by. A beautiful stop to end our road trip, thank you Honey.

School picnic with mommy
Today is my kindergarten's picnic day. Mommy came along too. We went to acquarium in Ye-Lyo. My favorite time was eating O-bentou and touching the star fish with bare hands!
One day I will go to school too
Everytime my big brother gets ready for school, I want to go with him too. Mommy says when I become three years old, she might take me to school too....although she says she'd rather start school later for me so I can spend more time hanging out with mommy.

Book playground
Mommy found this children's bookstore when she was having brunch across the street. It's ran by a really cool auntie Charlene who loves reading, making, and sharing about children's book. We can go there to read books, and mommy and her friends an go there to do creative things or just hang out. I think mommy is even more excited than I am to find this little playground because she says she loves hanging out at dreamy places filled with imaginative and inspring people and things.

No TV policy
At his forth year, the little bear can do a lot of things on his own already; walking, eating, peeing, even wiping(yes wiping! yay~!!). When you'd think parenting must has gotten easier, I suddenly remembered the warnings from the more experienced mamas "wait 'till you have to discipline them." Yes, exactly what I am faced with right now....so long lullabies days and hello boundaries and rules. Especially after reading the Tiger Mom article, it gets you thinking: to what extent do I want to set my boundaries and expectations. While it's not my ambition to train and drain my kids, the kids, after all, did come to this world carrying potential that might just surprise us. So, somewhere in the back of my head, I want to prevent myself from stopping them from reaching that potential. One thing I did decide to start is No TV Policy. No TV for daddy and mommy until the kids go to sleep/generally no TV for Noah except for his favorite (and actually pretty inspirational) Little Einstine for twice a week. The purpose of this policy is not to build a TV watching habit in the family....(at least until the kids are sleep....shiiii...)
